This is the restaurant at the Saysettha Palace Hotel.
The setting has old-world charm, but I was charged 10% Tax, then 10% Service Fee on an already pricey menu, and still I was short changed $1.5.
There are plenty of nice places to dine in Vientiane without having to put up with that rubbish. The original chef has moved to another restaurant anyway.
